HRCC offer HR consulting services designed to support the small to medium size company or organization. These services include Recruiting and Employment, Employee and Labor Relations, Policy development and administration, Organizational Design, Staff Development, Team Training and Development, and Safety Program Development.
These services include assessments to clarify needs and then programs designed to accurately address the identified needs. Developing the implementation strategy, training and follow-up to assure the achievement of the objectives are integral component of these programs. We will not leave our clients “hanging”; we will be with you each step of the way.


These programs are specifically designed to provide the small company the expertise, know- how and support typically available to large companies. HRCC has broad based training and experience, gained “under fire,” in a wide variety of companies and industry settings, including Transportation, Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT, Bio-pharma, Law enforcement. We also have extensive experience in small to large Public sector and not-for-profit organizations.


HRCC can provide unique insights and abilities enabling the development and implementation of effective HR programing. HRCC provides well trained and proven professional competency that would not otherwise be available or affordable to small companies and organizations.

Monthly retainer agreements are standard for these services, but individual project fees are available for client companies when preferred. The typical retainer arrangements allow the small business owner full access to the consultant services and include onsite meetings, training sessions, etc. Initial assessments meetings are conducted at no cost to the potential client.
