Business Meeting

The focus of HRCC is on providing coaching support on a one-on-one basis. The programs are designed to include those components that provide the strongest support to the career-transition  efforts of the displaced (candidate) employee. Such programs range from 1 month to 6 months, based on the candidate’s management level and any unique needs that might require additional support.
The initial meeting with the candidates provides an assessment by the consultant/coach that is used to determine the candidate’s needs and to get the program engaged. The additional insights and information unique to the candidate provides additional opportunities for the coach to more accurately address specific needs of the candidate.

Since each person is unique in their learning and understanding of the skills and application techniques, the one-on-one meeting provides the best opportunity for maximization of the coaching and learning process.

Perhaps the best benefit from this approach is the partnering of coach and candidate throughout the search or career management efforts. The ability of the candidate to reach out to the coach on a timely and ongoing basis to gain additional help, review and oversight of their efforts is critical. The development of alternative techniques and training in specific areas when needed by the candidate often has important impact on the program outcomes.

Remote Programs / Conferencing
For some candidates, working virtually can also meet the level of support that the client company is able to provide. HRCC also provides such programs with a “high touch” emphasis on strong follow through with the individual candidate. These programs and their content are designed around the objectives of the client company in support of the displaced employees.
