The focus of HRCC is on providing coaching support on a one-on-one basis. This program can be delivered on a face-to-face basis or virtual through remote conferencing. These programs are designed to provide the strongest support to the career management efforts of the client. Such programs range from 1 month to 6 months in duration, based on the client needs. The initial meeting with the client provides an assessment by the consultant/coach that is used to determine the program and its length needed for the client.

Since each person is unique in their learning and understanding of the skills and application techniques, the one-on-one meeting provides the best opportunity for maximization of the coaching and learning process. Working virtually is an important and valuable tool which makes it possible for effective program content delivery when regular face-to-face meetings are not practical.  A distinction between HRCC’s approach and that of other firms is the availability of the client to access the coaching services as needed through-out the program.  Every effort is made to gain additional insights and information unique about the client to make certain the services are accurately tailored to the clients' needs.

Perhaps the best benefit from this approach is the partnering of coach and client throughout the search or career management efforts. The ability of the client to reach out to the coach on a timely and ongoing basis to gain additional help, review and oversight of the client efforts is critical. The development of alternative techniques and training in specific areas when needed by the client often have important impact on the clients achieving their objectives.
