Homer J. Reid

Mr. Homer J. Reid is the founder and principal of the company. His primary career has been in Human Resources where he has been the top professional for most of the organizations with whom he served. He has strong leadership experience in Human Resources and Corporate Management with extensive experience in Employment Recruiting and Hiring, Employee and Labor Relations, Benefits, Salary Administration, Safety Programs Development and Administration, with both private companies and public sector organizations.  Mr. Reid has worked with, served on and led governing boards in large community-based organizations. He has broad recruiting and hiring experience, and once owned a contingency search firm in Atlanta.

He has additional years of Outplacement and Career Transition Management experience, with two of the nation’s leading Out-Placement and Organizational Consulting organizations. His diverse industry experience includes, software development and applications, transportation and shipping, manufacturing and distribution, public transportation system, healthcare and law enforcement, to name a few. Having successfully coached and guided hundreds of professionals with their career management challenges, in large organizations and start-ups, he has unique insights that can only be gained through such broad and intense learning experiences.     

Mr. Reid started HRCC to better fulfill his long-time desire and passion to help individuals better navigate and overcome the many obstacles encountered in achieving personal and professional goals, in both small to large organizations. Throughout his career he was driven by a desire to provide high quality HR services to small companies who need services but could not afford to have such services full-time on staff. The broad diversity in his background was mostly by design to prepare him with the skills and strengths needed to form HRCC.

Because of this unique combination of strengths in working with private companies and public organizations, HRCC is able to offer a variety highly professional services to Corporate clients and customized services to individuals.
